Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD order refunds may require bank account details.

Exchange Policy

Currently, exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged / Wrong Products
